Script for secretome prediction: Fungi Secreted Proteins (or Secretome) Predictor Pipeline

This script was designed to automate the prediction of fungi secreted proteins from a single or a batch of FASTA files using a complex pipeline that uses programs for the prediction of signal peptides, trans-membrane regions, subcellular localization and endoplasmic reticulum targeting motif. It can also be used for the prediction of complete fungi secretomes when given their proteomes.
