Interesses de investigação

• Application of traditional (physiological and biochemical) methodologies to evaluate the toxic impacts derived from climate change, the higher availability of classic to emergent contaminants and abiotic parameters such as tidal exposure.
• Ecotoxicity of emergent elements, nanoparticles and rare-earth material in aquatic systems
• Interactions and effects of different climate change scenarios with emergent pollutants
• The impacts of climate change on bivalves response
• Performance of relevant species: ecological, socio-economic and health concerns
