Cerrado is seriously threatened by cultivation or grazing from livestock. The effects of Cerrado fragmentation and transformation on structure and function of bat assemblages will be assessed.  Additionally, pathogen load of bats of assemblages of undisturbed and disturbed environments will be compared.
