Somatic Embryogenesis in E. globulus
Cork oak somatic embling

Plant physiology, stress physiology with focus in forest species, integrated approaches linking physiology and molecular levels, functional analyses at Omics level (gene expression, metabolomics, proteomics), plant biotic and abiotic interactions; plant responses to global changes, in vitro plant propagation and selection, plant biotechnology, priming.
