2008-2013: PhD in Biology with specialization in Ecology by the University of Coimbra.
2002-2007: MSc in Ecology by the University of Coimbra.
1996-2001: Graduation in Biology (scientific branch) by the University of Coimbra.
My research interests focus on aspects of the ecology of seabirds and shorebirds, in particular: reproduction, migration routes, diet and foraging behavior. The ecosystems protection and the environmental education are also relevant issues included in my interests.
